Some of these processors may handle your data outside Quebec (notably in the United States). We obtain contractual commitments ensuring protection equivalent to Quebec legislation.

6. Retention

We retain your information for the duration of your contractual relationship with us, plus a period of 7 years after the end of the contract (Quebec accounting and tax obligations). Beyond that, information is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your Rights

Under Law 25, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal information held by Central Neige
  • Request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion (subject to legal retention obligations)
  • Withdraw your consent at any time
  • Request portability of your information in a structured digital format
